Masks required in Children’s, Teen areas through February 2

Due to the rapid rise of Omicron variant cases in our area, last night the Library Board voted to require masks be worn by all visitors when entering the Children’s and Teen areas of the library for the next two weeks (through February 2).

In addition, all child and teen programs for this two week span are canceled.

On February 2, the Library Board will meet again to assess whether or not this requirement will continue or no longer be necessary, depending on the status of COVID cases in our area.

If you do not have a mask, we are happy to provide you a free one when you enter the library or either of these areas. For more information or questions, please see Beka Lemons, Library Director, at the Huntington Main Library.
