Fiction Lovers’ Book Club: Miss Benson’s Beetle

The name gives it away: this book club is for fans of fiction, especially contemporary novels. Fiction Lovers’ Book Club meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m., and is always open to new members.
At the June 11 meeting, we’re discussing Miss Benson’s Beetle by Rachel Joyce. Published in 2020, this charming and funny story begins in 1950 when Margery Benson abandons her dead-end job in favor of traveling the world to search for a beetle that may or may not exist.
