The Indiana Room is a non-circulating reference and resource collection of historic materials pertaining to the history of Huntington County. In addition to complete microfilm files of county newspapers , we have files on local businesses and industries, school yearbooks, and Huntington City and County Directories dating from 1892 to the present. Books have been collected from states east of Indiana to the Atlantic Coast that might assist research.
Inquiries will be answered by mail if and only if a self addressed stamped envelope is included with your query. Copying may be required at a cost of 20 cents per page from books and 25 cents per page for microfilm copies. Mail is answered as time allows. Patrons present in the Indiana Room have first priority.
