Fall has officially arrived, which means winter is just around the corner. The Huntington County Emergency Management Agency will present on Winter Disaster Preparation at the Huntington Library Thursday, November 3rd at 6pm. Bruce Williams of the agency will cover the meteorological aspects—such as what causes various types of precipitation—National Weather Service notifications, the various travel statuses and what they mean, home and auto preparation, personal safety, and more.
