Huntington City-Township Public Library offers Discovery Crew programs this fall at both the Main Library in Huntington, and the Markle Branch Library in Markle. Discovery Crew members meet weekly for stories and crafts, and sessions last 45-60 minutes. The theme for this fall’s Discovery Crew program is countries of the world, with each session exploring a specific country with stories, crafts, music, and fun. Countries included will be Australia, Egypt, France, Germany, Ireland, Madagascar, Mexico, and Russia. Most of all, kids will experience the joy of reading and the fun of learning. At the Main Library, 255 West Park Drive, Huntington, Discovery Crew will be offered weekly for kids in grades 1 – 3 at 4:15 pm on Wednesday afternoons, beginning September 10 and continuing through November 5. At the Markle Branch Library, 197 East Morse Street, Markle, Discovery Crew sessions will be offered for grades 1 – 4 at 4:45 pm on Tuesday afternoons, beginning September 9 and continuing through November 4.
