Huntington City-Township Public Library and the Mississinewa Lake Corps of Engineers invite kids in grades 1 – 6 to join Park Ranger Maggie Kubina at 10 AM on Tuesday, July 16th at the Main Library for an exciting introduction to the common amphibians and reptiles found in Indiana.  Learn about their life cycles, habitats, and how human impact on the environment are threatening their survival, and be there for a special appearance by Salvadora the Salamander.

This program is free and open to the public. Registration is appreciated, but not required – call the Children’s Department at 356-2900 to sign up for this event. The HCTPL Main Library is located at 255 West Park Drive, Huntington.
